All quotations provided by Scope Fire Protection Ltd are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Prices quoted are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to adjust pricing if the scope of work changes following a site survey or discovery of additional requirements.

Unless agreed otherwise in writing:

• Payment is due within 30 days of the date of invoice
• We reserve the right to charge statutory interest on late payments under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998
• Title to any goods supplied remains with Scope Fire Protection Ltd until payment is received in full

We warrant that our services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill in accordance with applicable industry standards and regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We exclude all implied warranties not expressly stated in these terms
• Our total liability to you in connection with services shall not exceed the value of the contract under which the claim arises
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special losses, including loss of profit or business interruption

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Either party may cancel or terminate a service contract in accordance with the specific terms agreed in writing. For ongoing maintenance or monitoring contracts, a minimum notice period will be specified in the contract. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services where payment is overdue or where health and safety requirements cannot be met.

Our services are subject to relevant British Standards, industry codes of practice, and applicable legislation including but not limited to:

• BS 5839 (Fire detection and alarm systems)
• The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005
• BS EN 50131 (Intruder alarm systems)
• Building Regulations Approved Document B

You are responsible for ensuring that you have obtained all necessary permissions, planning consents, or approvals required before we carry out work at your premises.
